Terms & Conditions

At Euphoria Salon we do not have formal contracts with our customers but we do have terms and conditions which help you understand what to expect. Please take a little time to read them, which we hope will prove helpful.

Payment Options

We aim to give you the best value for money possible. Individual treatments must be paid for after each appointment alternatively you can also purchase a course of treatments which needs to be paid in advance for the full amount. Some elements of these treatments are individual. We ask for payment in advance as they are prescribed only for you and cannot be used by anyone else. Please understand that once ordered and paid for, a refund will not be possible.

Appointment Reminders

If we have a current mobile number or email address, we will send an appointment reminder at least 6 (sms) and 24 (email) hours in advance. You are invited to confirm or cancel your appointment by replying to the email and it is extremely helpful to us if you do so. However this is not to be wholly relied on as customers often change their contact details and forget to inform us.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy and Charges

We ask of a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Anyone who does not give enough notice (24hours) to cancel or change an appointment will be asked to pay a cancellation charge of £25 and will be unable to book further appointments until the charge has been paid.

Loyalty Cards - Hair Service / Exclusive Offer

All clients will receive a loyalty card after their first treatment at Euphoria Hair and Beauty Salon. For each treatment paid for in full - required spend a minimum of £24 or more - you will receive a stamp. After collecting five stamps you are entitled to a complimentary cut & finish. The credit can only be used in one transaction on one treatment only between Monday and Friday. No cash refunds can be given if the credit is not used in full. Not valid with any other offer. The voucher is non transferable.

Loyalty Cards - Beauty Treatments / Exclusive Offer

All clients will receive a loyalty card after your first treatment at Euphoria Hair and Beauty Salon & Diva Beauty Clenic. For each treatment paid in full - required spend a minimum of £18 or more - you will receive a stamp. After collecting five stamps you are entitled to a 50% Off Any Beauty Treatment. The credit can only be used in one transaction on one treatment only between Monday and Friday. No cash refunds can be given if the credit is not used in full. Not valid with any other offer. The loyalty card is non transferable.

Gift Vouchers / Exclusive Offer

Must be redeemed within the date stated on the voucher. Are not redeemable for cash. Please quote Gift Voucher number when making a booking. If you fail to show for your appointment you will forfeit 50% of the value of your voucher.

Hair Re-Do

If you are unhappy will the hair colour or cut that you received we do offer re-do appointments. However, all re-do appointments must be within seven days following the service and will only be offered once. If the time has exceeded seven days then the full price will be charged.

Consultations

Consultations are designed to give you an opportunity to meet your stylist and explain your needs and expectations. All consultations are free and scheduled by appointment only. Consultations may be scheduled to discuss natural hair care, hair thinning, transition from relaxed to natural, hair extensions (hair texture, color, style, length and care) and natural product choices.

Lost or Forgotten Items

Euphoria Hair and Beauty Salon is not responsible for items lost or stolen during your appointment with us. We ask that clients keep up with their personal belongings, and in case of left items, we will keep the items for 2 weeks, and if not claimed, the items will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Respect Other Guest

Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests. Our waiting area is reserved for guests waiting to be serviced. For the convenience of all guests please avoid bringing or inviting any guest of any age to your scheduled appointment. All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. Our salon environment is one of relaxation and service. For the sake of safety and peace, we do not encourage children without appointments in the salon area.

Deposits

50% deposits are required for certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are required for selected hair and beauty service, eg: Brazilian Blow Dry or Ultrasonic Cavitation appointments and where you have booked three or more services. Your appointment cannot be booked until the deposit has been taken.
