Terms & Conditions

By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy and Charges

We ask of a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Anyone who does not give enough notice (24hours) to cancel or change an appointment will be asked to pay a cancellation charges of 50% of booking treatments and will be unable to book further appointments until the charge has been paid.


Consultations are designed to give you an opportunity to meet your stylist and explain your needs and expectations. All consultations are free and scheduled by appointment only. Consultations may be scheduled to discuss natural hair care, hair thinning, transition from relaxed to natural, hair extensions (hair texture, color, style, length and care) and natural product choices.

Hair & Skin Patch Tests (48h prior to appointment)

If you are having any of the following treatments - you will be required to come to the salon 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to have a patch test carried out regardless of whether you have had the same treatment in another salon. We will not perform any of the following treatments without our patch test being completed: hair colours and eyebrows tinting.

Payment Options

We aim to give you the best value for money possible. Individual treatments must be paid for after each appointment or you can prepaid online alternatively you can also purchase a course of treatments which needs to be paid in advance for the full amount. Some elements of these treatments are individual. We ask for payment in advance as they are prescribed only for you and cannot be used by anyone else. Please understand that once ordered and paid for, a refund will not be possible.

Appointment Reminders

If we have a current mobile number or email address, we will send an appointment reminder at least 6h (sms) and 24h (email) in advance. You are invited to confirm or cancel your appointment by replying to the email and it is extremely helpful to us if you do so. However this is not to be wholly relied on as customers often change their contact details and forget to inform us.

Booking Online

If you cannot get a slot – please call the front desk. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. Booking is made using a third party booking system and their Terms & Conditions can be found here on: https://www.treatwell.co.uk/info/booking-terms-and-conditions/.

Gift Vouchers / Exclusive Offer

Must be redeemed within the date stated on the voucher. Are not redeemable for cash. Please quote Gift Voucher number when making a booking. If you fail to show for your appointment you will forfeit 50% of the value of your voucher.

Hair Re-Work

If you are unhappy will the hair colour or cut that you received we do offer re-do appointments. However, all re-do appointments must be done within five days following the service and will only be offered once. If the time has exceeded then the full price will be apply.

Beauty Re-Work

If, after having your treatment/s you find there is a problem with the results, we invite you back into the salon for a maximum of 3 days from the completed treatment date to fix the problem. Anything over this time will result in repairs/re work being a chargeable service.

Lost or Forgotten Items

Euphoria Hair and Beauty Salon is not responsible for items lost or stolen during your appointment with us. We ask that clients keep up with their personal belongings, and in case of left items, we will keep the items for 4 weeks, and if not claimed, the items will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Respect Other Guest

Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests. Our waiting area is reserved for guests waiting to be serviced. All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. Our salon environment is one of relaxation and service. For the sake of safety and peace, we do not encourage children without appointments in the salon area.


50% deposits are required for certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are required for selected hair and beauty service, eg: Brazilian Blow Dry or Ultrasonic Cavitation appointments or where you have booked three or more services. Your appointment cannot be booked until the deposit has been taken.

Mobile Phones

We politely request that mobile phones are switched to silent mode in our treatment rooms and waiting areas to preserve the relaxing environment we aim to deliver - Thank you.
